Ultrasound Bill Coming up for Vote Soon in State House

The PA House is getting ready to vote on legislation that would make sure that a woman seeking abortion would first be offered an ultrasound image of her unborn baby.

An important pro-life bill - House Bill 1077 - the Women's Right-to-Know Act - is expected to come up for a vote in the PA House very soon and your help is needed to pass it!

The Women's Right-to-Know Act would make sure women get all the facts BEFORE they go through with an abortion.

Here's what HB 1077 would do:
• Require abortion clinics to perform an ultrasound at least 24 hours before an abortion (or provide a list of other ultrasound providers, including pregnancy care centers);
• Require that pregnant women be informed of their right to view the live ultrasound image of her unborn baby while the test is being performed;
• Require that printed photos of those ultrasound images be provided to women.

We need to act now! Women deserve the truth about pregnancy and abortion.

1. Call your State Representative ASAP and tell him or her to Support HB 1077.
2. Then call your State Senator and ask him to support HB 1077 when it comes over from the House.
3. Help spread the word! Copy this flyer and tell other pro-lifers, fellow church members, your E-mail lists, and get others to call their State Reps and State Senators.
